NIGERIA
LANDFORMS
The Niger Delta is surrounded by land on both the west and east side. This land is known as the costal lowlands. This area has lagoons, creeks, and river estuaries.
Nigeria has some isolated highlands made of volcanic rock. Their elevations are up to 1,300m above sea level.
Another volcanic formation is the Jos Plateau. It has numerous waterfalls on it.
